Some subject matter and mood are not as well represented in my beloved watercolor. Partly as an expansion into bolder color and even looser freedom of expression, and motivated especially by my love of the wall art of the 50's and 60's as depicted in the "Mad Men" television series, I have expanded my abstract expressionism into acrylics, done on paper or canvas. The inspiration for these works comes from dreams, memories, or just an inner urging to express and play with line, color, and shapes.
